Classic Greek Salad

  • 1/2lb/200g feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1lb/400g baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives

Place sun dried tomatoes, spinach leaves and olives in a large salad bowl. Crumble in the feta cheese. Drizzle with the olive oil and mix together well before serving.
