Grilled Tropical Salsa

  • 1 pineapple half
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 salad onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Roughly dice pineapple, grill over a high heat for 4-5 minutes then allow to cool. Seed and dice tomatoes, finely dice onion and jalapeno then combine all ingredients together in a serving bowl.
