Mushroom Salad
- 1/2lb/250g mushrooms
- 1/2lb/250g green beans
- 1 medium iceberg lettuce
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/4 cup french dressing
Quarter the lettuce, roughly slice the cucumber and halve the beans. Place ingredients into a salad bowl and apply french dressing, gently toss before topping with the mushrooms (thinly sliced) and serve.
